The Nigerian Association of Small Scale Industrialists (NASSI) is a national organisation established in 1978 to promote, represent and advance the interests of small-scale industrialists and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises across Nigeria. With a nationwide presence, it supports members through policy advocacy, capacity development, market access, business linkages and enterprise-support initiatives. Its work brings businesses into contact with government, finance providers, development institutions, buyers and other participants in the industrial ecosystem, while giving small-scale industrialists a voice in discussions about enterprise and industrial development.
NASSI also convenes events that encourage learning, visibility and collaboration. Its 35th National Convention, scheduled for 1 December 2026 at the Bola Tinubu International Conference Centre in Abuja, will include a national industrial dialogue and business convention, an industrial exhibition and product showcase, policy and enterprise sessions, networking, awards, leadership inauguration and a magazine launch. The Convention is intended to highlight opportunities around finance, productivity, skills, technology, competitiveness and market access. Participation and applications are subject to the relevant registration, nomination and approval processes.
