Natacha Leclerc

Natacha Leclerc is a naturopath and certified trainer who has supported women’s health since 2014. Specializing in hormonal and digestive health, she helps clients understand their bodies and make informed, sustainable choices with greater confidence and independence. Her approach combines education, coaching, and practical lifestyle habits, considering factors such as nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, recovery, digestion, and the menstrual cycle as interconnected parts of overall well-being.

Services are delivered online and include an initial 90-minute naturopathy consultation, personalized guidance, and 45-minute follow-up sessions to review progress and adapt recommendations. Support may cover nutrition, stress management, hormonal balance, and digestive health. Customized training plans are available as an optional addition. Leclerc’s adaptive approach guides clients through observing their experiences, understanding their needs, applying realistic actions, adjusting as circumstances change, and maintaining helpful habits over time. The website also offers articles and videos on topics including cravings, brain function, sleep, stress, and hormones. Insurance receipts are available through ANPQ.
