Natalia Mejia

Natalia Mejia is a New York City-based, New York-licensed paramedical tattoo and scar specialist focused on helping people feel more comfortable in their skin. With more than 15 years of experience caring for skin and scars, Mejia provides personalized treatments that combine skin regeneration with paramedical tattooing. Her services include scar regeneration and camouflage for marks resulting from surgery, illness, or accidents; 3D areola and nipple tattooing after mastectomy, reconstruction, or other breast surgery; and stretch mark regeneration to soften and blend their appearance.

She also offers pre- and post-operative scar management, including a 90-day Scar Concierge that supports clients from before surgery through the first months of healing and can involve coordination with a doctor when needed. Consultations are private, one-on-one, and pressure-free, with an honest discussion of what may be realistic for each person’s skin and a personalized plan offered only when appropriate. Based in Manhattan, Natalia Mejia emphasizes thoughtful, human care, realistic expectations, and respect for each client’s personal experience
