Natalie Dietlinger

Natalie Dietlinger is a trained doula based in Mühldorf am Inn, Germany, offering personal support to women and families through fertility journeys, pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. Drawing on her doula training and experiences of two home births, Natalie aims to help clients feel informed, confident and connected with themselves and their babies. Her approach combines emotional support with practical and mind-body techniques, including meditation, visualisation, affirmations, breathing exercises, massage and physical exercises.

For those preparing to conceive, she offers guidance and exercises focused on physical and emotional readiness. During pregnancy, she helps clients work through fears and limiting beliefs, strengthen their bond with the baby, and consider birth wishes, birth location and the partner’s role. Birth support includes emotional reassurance, breathing techniques, help with birthing positions and communication with partners and birth professionals. After birth, Natalie provides compassionate postpartum support, including reflection on the birth experience, and guidance around breastfeeding, babywearing and bonding.
