Nataliesmeraki is the holistic yoga and women’s wellbeing practice of Natalie, a Munich-based yoga teacher and founder of a regular Women Circle. Her work brings together yoga, modern spirituality, somatic awareness and supportive community, creating welcoming spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, emotions and inner wisdom. Offerings include in-person yoga classes in Munich, with styles such as Strong Vinyasa, Yin, somatic Yin, Power Flow and Yin & Yang, as well as meditation, pranayama and one-to-one sessions.

Natalie also leads Women Circles, providing space for connection, reflection and shared experience. Her approach is shaped by personal experience, therapy and coaching, and emphasizes self-compassion and emotional awareness. In collaboration with nutritionist and hormone coach Lena, Natalie offers Balanced By Nature, a hormone-focused retreat at the Tegernsee.

The retreat combines yoga, hormone and nutrition workshops, creative activities, nature walks, women’s circles, nourishing meals and time for rest. Across her services, Nataliesmeraki aims to support wellbeing through movement, embodiment and community
