The National Health Commission Office of Thailand (NHCO), known in Thai as สช., is a public organization that leads and supports participatory public policy processes for health, in line with the National Health System Charter. Its work brings together communities, local authorities, public agencies, experts, and other partners to shape policies that respond to health and social needs.

NHCO’s key activities include supporting the National Health Assembly and area- and issue-specific health assemblies, developing national and local health charters, promoting health rights and responsibilities, and advancing health impact assessment. It also supports public participation, people’s health regions, and the use of health-system information in policy development. The office provides resources and services for its networks, including digital tools, forms, publications, reports, multimedia, and public information. Its website shares organizational news, research and articles, event calendars, procurement notices, and educational materials on topics such as disaster risk, noncommunicable diseases, healthy ageing, and community wellbeing.
