The National Antique Tractor Pullers Association (NATPA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to organizing, promoting, and sponsoring antique tractor pulling in the United States. Formed in November 1995 and chartered in January 1996, it is described as the country’s oldest and largest national antique tractor pulling organization. NATPA develops competition and safety rules to help standardize the sport nationwide, and strictly enforces those rules at its sanctioned events.
The association organizes regional pulls, including events held during the winter, where competitors can qualify for its National Championship Pull. Participation in regional pulls is open to nonmembers, while membership is required to take part in NATPA’s points system and compete at the annual national championship. Membership is open to anyone willing to support and follow the organization’s regulations and code of conduct.
NATPA also provides event schedules and results, points standings, rules, news, videos, and photographs. Its website shares updates about upcoming pulls and championship events, along with information for prospective members and participants.
