NATRC Region 2 is the Southwest regional group of the North American Trail Ride Conference, serving Southern California, Arizona, Clark County, Nevada, Hawaii, and Mexico. The organization hosts competitive trail rides that challenge horse-and-rider teams to travel a measured distance within a specified time window. At NATRC events, approved veterinary and horsemanship judges assess both horses and riders, with an emphasis on education, safety, and sportsmanship. The rides are designed to be fun and family-oriented, and newcomers are welcome.
Region 2’s event calendar includes rides at locations such as Wickenburg, Seligman, Kingman, Goodyear, and Poway. The website shares event listings, regional contacts, ride results, sponsor information, and an introductory video for people interested in taking part. Riders can register for upcoming events online through RMS, with a guide available to help them through the process. NATRC Region 2 also invites supporters to help the organization through online shopping via GoodSearch. For questions, visitors can contact the regional team by email.
