Natural Arches

The Natural Arch and Bridge Society (NABS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the study, appreciation, and preservation of natural arches and bridges. With a membership that includes scientists, educators, authors, and hobbyists, NABS caters to both enthusiasts and serious researchers alike. Their quarterly newsletter, SPAN, offers a wealth of news, information, and articles on the scientific and non-scientific aspects of natural arches, including their discovery, history, measurement, and location.

By participating in field trips, meetings, and presentations, NABS members have the opportunity to deepen their understanding and engage with fellow arch enthusiasts. Membership also includes access to back issues of SPAN in PDF format. NABS actively pursues its mission through activities such as lobbying for legal protection, organizing field trips and meetings, and facilitating communication between experts.

Join NABS to support the preservation of natural arches and bridges, while enjoying the benefits of membership, including SPAN and participation in their various activities
