NaturalisteOT

Naturaliste Occupational Therapy is a disability and mental health practice serving children, teenagers and adults in Dunsborough, Busselton and Vasse, Western Australia. Led by occupational therapist Sally Coombs, the practice provides evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming support tailored to each person’s values, goals, strengths and resources. It works with clients’ families, NDIS supports and medical teams.

Services include functional capacity, sensory processing and developmental assessments, as well as allied health autism assessments for people aged 16 and older when referred by a psychiatrist. Therapy addresses sensory processing, emotional regulation, stress management and executive functioning, including time management, organisation and prioritisation. Clients can also work on independence, healthy daily routines, social and community participation, and engagement in study or work.

Appointments are available at the clinic, in clients’ homes or schools, and by telehealth. Funding options include self-managed or plan-managed NDIS plans, eligible Medicare rebates and private health fund rebates; gap payments may apply. The practice accepts self-referrals and client referrals through its referral form, with supporting information sent by email.
