Natural Power of Birth

Tamara is a trauma-informed birth and postpartum doula based in Oslo, supporting international families and expat women through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. An Italian mother of two living in Norway, she offers compassionate, evidence-informed and holistic care that considers each client’s body, emotions, relationships and personal experience. Her approach is centred on helping families feel informed, safe and supported, with highly personalised attention; she accompanies one birth client at a time.

Services include pregnancy and maternity support, childbirth preparation, continuous labour support, birth and postpartum packages, and early family support. Tamara also offers holistic therapies such as bodywork, massage, ceremonies and embodiment practices, as well as postpartum meal preparation. Courses, workshops and practical resources help expectant parents build confidence and prepare for birth and life with a new baby. Support is available in Italian, English and Norwegian, including guidance for international families navigating pregnancy and birth in Norway. Whether clients are seeking preparation, hands-on support, recovery care or a space to reconnect with themselves, Tamara tailors her services to their needs.
