Naturlig Hesteterapi

Naturlig Hesteterapi is the practice of Menja Holm Wettergren, a certified equine physiotherapist serving horse owners across Zealand, particularly North and West Zealand. Its work focuses on the connection between a horse’s movement, physical function, behaviour and wellbeing. Sessions are conducted at a calm, considered pace, with clear and reassuring handling that allows the horse to participate and respond.

Treatment may combine massage, joint mobilisation, craniosacral therapy, kinesiology taping, laser, acupressure, fascia work and magnet therapy. These methods are intended to help address tension and movement patterns and support a more functional everyday life. Therapy is presented as a complement to training and, where relevant, veterinary care, with attention to each horse’s physical and mental needs.

The practice also offers interdisciplinary sessions with BBH instructor Katrine of Klarskov Horses, bringing together different professional perspectives. Owners can receive simple groundwork stretches and pole exercises to support their horse between visits. Naturlig Hesteterapi shares practical guidance through a knowledge library and a book about basic signals and pole exercises, linking learning and cooperation with the horse’s physical wellbeing.
