About Natuurlijk Bevallen
Oervrouw is a maternity and family support practice run by Salima Bours in Delfgauw, near Delft and The Hague. With experience as a doula and HypnoBirthing teacher, Salima offers personal guidance to expectant parents in a warm and professional setting. The practice’s HypnoBirthing course combines education, relaxation and practical tools to help participants prepare for pregnancy, birth and the early weeks with their baby.
Group courses also give couples the opportunity to connect with others at a similar stage. Oervrouw’s wider services include individual pregnancy coaching, relationship coaching and ReAttach sessions related to the arrival of a child. Parents can also take part in a postpartum workshop or a Rebozo closing ritual, and the practice offers babywearing consultations and birth pool rental.
These services can be combined to create a broader programme of support, tailored to what a family needs. Courses take place in a natural setting in Delfgauw, with a larger local venue used when group numbers exceed five
