Natuurlijke Geboortezorg

Natuurlijke Geboortezorg is a Dutch foundation dedicated to natural, warm and attentive care from conception through a child’s first 1,000 days. Its website brings together information for parents and families planning a pregnancy, expecting a baby, adjusting to life after birth, or caring for a young child. Topics include midwifery, labour, maternity care, breastfeeding, baby care, parental wellbeing, consultation services and healthy attachment at each stage.

The site also helps visitors find contact details for care providers with anthroposophic qualifications, offering a starting point for locating support during pregnancy, birth and the early years. Its practical resources draw on the knowledge and experience of the foundation and natural maternity care professionals. These include “De Kraambubbel,” a handbook for parents with practical tips, observation tools and guidance intended to support a loving start for babies and recovery for mothers. The book is available through the Kraambubbel. Natuurlijke Geboortezorg also shares information about courses and activities, provides professional education links, publishes a newsletter and welcomes donations to support its work.
