Navigate Disability Services is a small business focused on helping people with disability build lives shaped by their own goals, choices and interests. Its approach is person-directed: the team works alongside individuals and their families to support greater independence, pursue personal ambitions and explore new experiences. Services include NDIS Support Coordination, helping clients understand their plans, make informed use of funding, connect with suitable providers and review or adjust supports.

Navigate also assists with Home and Living planning, including applications for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Individualised Living Options (ILO) and Supported Independent Living (SIL). The team can help people design living arrangements and coordinate tailored supports, with options to choose or interview staff, hire them directly or engage an agency to manage employment administration. Navigate also provides practical supports at home and in the community, either by helping clients assemble a support team or by supporting a small number of people directly
