The Romanian Naval Forces, known by their motto “Honor et Patria,” are Romania’s naval military organization, responsible for maritime operations, training, and activities in the Black Sea region. Their official website provides information about the force’s leadership, organization, ships, history, missions, exercises, and public communications. It also shares updates on naval and multinational training events, including exercises and deployments involving Romanian vessels.

The site offers resources for people interested in a military career, with information about recruitment, naval military education, and professional entry routes. Visitors can explore publications, the Romanian Naval Museum, naval music, and cultural activities, as well as media coverage, broadcasts, and social channels. Practical public information includes notices, relevant regulations and standards, and details about military facilities.

The Romanian Naval Forces also report on security incidents involving drones and sea mines, including situations monitored or managed by defence structures. Their public-facing work combines operational information with education, historical remembrance, recruitment, and communication about Romania’s naval service and maritime responsibilities.
