Navy Child and Youth Programs (CYP), part of the Commander, Navy Installations Command, provides child care and youth services for military and Department of Defense families. Families can request care and register or pay online, while School Liaison Officers help children transition between schools. The organization also offers youth sponsorship, 24/7 programs, education services, community-based fee assistance, and respite care for families with exceptional family members. Eligibility depends on several factors, and fees are based on household income.
