About National Association for Women's Action in Dev't
The National Association for Women's Action in Development (NAWAD) is a voluntary non-governmental organization focused on promoting the fundamental human rights of women and young people in Uganda. Established in 2010, NAWAD is dedicated to empowering women and recognizing their indispensable role in their families, communities, and the nation's development.
