Nawaf is a renowned level designer based in Toronto, Ontario. With a passion for urban planning, architecture, and psychology, he creates memorable experiences for gamers. Nawaf has an impressive track record, having worked on best-selling VR Shooter Onward and the GDC Best in Play winner, Riverbond.

He even secured third place in the Ubisoft NEXT competition for level design. Graduating with a Bachelor of Game Design from Sheridan College, Nawaf moved to Canada in 2013 and fell in love with the diverse seasons. His expertise shines as he skillfully manipulates spatial design to control players without them even realizing it.

In his career, he has also worked as a producer and lead level designer on various projects, including Riverbond by Cococucumber and Mindwax Games' capstone team, which showcased at EGLX 2018. When not working, Nawaf enjoys meeting new people, learning new things, and volunteering at cool events. He is currently working on publishing a book to help students grasp game design concepts effectively.
