Nazionale Italiana Sanitari (NIS) is an Italian community bringing together healthcare professionals, athletes, students, supporters and families around sport, health and solidarity. Its mission is to turn shared commitment into practical projects that support prevention, care and inclusion, improving people’s lives. NIS raises funds and organizes events, sporting activities and educational initiatives to advance these goals.
Its flagship initiative, Il 1° Battito, focuses on the health of women and children and promotes care and prevention pathways. The project has raised €50,000, reaching its stated fundraising target, and has supported the development of dedicated spaces. NIS also hosts charity events, including its Gran Gala, to fund community projects such as support for Scuola Viva.
The organization’s activities span football, running, tennis, padel and golf, alongside events, training and volunteering. Through its Be NIS. Be Nice. community, people can find ways to participate, contribute and support its work. NIS welcomes donations, membership and other forms of involvement, connecting sport with concrete acts of care and social inclusion.
