The NBI Clearance Portal is a key initiative by the Philippine Government aimed at enhancing the transparency and efficiency of acquiring NBI Clearances, crucial for individuals seeking verification of their criminal records. This online platform allows users to register, book appointments, check fees, and track their clearance status seamlessly from the comfort of their homes. As of 2026, the portal is further simplified through the eGovPH Super App, offering a modern approach to NBI clearance renewal with just a few clicks, thus eliminating the need for in-person visits.

Both new applicants and those renewing their clearances are served via two channels: the streamlined online system or traditional physical offices. The NBI Clearance is essential for various purposes, including employment, government transactions, and business applications, ensuring that individuals have a clean record. Security measures are prioritized with unique tracking IDs and a secure digital record system, providing peace of mind throughout the process. The NBI Clearance Portal represents a significant step towards safer communities and easier access to essential legal documentation.
