New Beginning Sanctuary (NBS) is a self-funded 501(c)(3) organization based in Springfield, Missouri, providing structured sober living and recovery support. Homes include 24/7 leadership and basic essentials, alongside house rules, chores, and expectations for cleanliness and personal responsibility. Limited access to phones, television, computers, and Wi-Fi helps maintain an organized environment focused on recovery. The program promotes long-term sobriety, financial independence, self-sufficiency, and positive community participation. Residents contribute fees that help cover operating costs, and the organization enforces a zero-tolerance policy for drugs, alcohol, fighting, and theft.
