Nordijski center Planica | Kranjska Gora

Nordic Centre Planica is a year-round sports and visitor destination in the valley beneath the Ponce mountains in Slovenia’s Julian Alps. Known for its ski-jumping heritage, the centre is home to men’s and women’s world records in ski flying and celebrates milestones that helped shape the sport. It combines elite training facilities with activities and experiences for visitors of all ages.

Guests can try ski jumping, cross-country skiing, the indoor snow tunnel, curling, skating, disc golf, football and a zipline. The wind tunnel offers a safe indoor flying experience, while guided tours and the Planica Museum introduce visitors to the valley’s sporting history. Families can also enjoy a playground, outdoor walks and mountain scenery. For athletes, facilities include ski jumps, a roller-ski track and a horizontal wind tunnel, with training reservations available.

The centre also offers a hotel, accommodation, sauna, sports areas, event spaces and services for business gatherings, team-building, school programmes and private events.
