About NCEC
Ncec is the National Catholic Education Commission, a leading organization dedicated to promoting education in Pakistan. With the objective of caring for the needs and interests of Catholic educational institutions, Ncec works closely with the Archdioceses, Dioceses, and Prefecture of Pakistan. Under the umbrella of the Pakistan Catholic Bishops’ Conference (PCBC), Ncec serves as a national legal body.
Ncec operates through Catholic/Diocesan Boards of Education (CBE/DBE), of which there are seven across the country. These boards manage a network of approximately 350 schools, employing around 11,000 teachers and serving approximately 150,000 students. Committed to making a difference in the lives of children and youth, Ncec believes that every helping hand can create a better future.
