The National Center for Electronic Services (NCES) is a state enterprise in Belarus and an operator of key interagency information systems that support the country’s e-government. It develops and maintains digital infrastructure designed to make interaction between government, citizens and businesses more convenient and efficient.

NCES operates the unified e-services portal E-Pasluga, which gives individuals, companies and public bodies online access to government services and administrative procedures. The portal covers areas including social protection, taxation, property and land relations, public procurement, court proceedings, trade and finance. The organization reports offering 303 electronic services and 596 administrative procedures, with more than 10 million electronic services delivered monthly.

NCES also provides electronic identification tools, including digital signature certificates used across information systems for activities such as business registration and tax filing. Its services include interagency electronic document management, cloud storage, virtual data center services, online applications and technical support. The center additionally supports government information systems, develops software for electronic services and works on information security and cybersecurity.
