NCIRS (Sharing Knowledge About Immunisation) is a brand that offers a comprehensive suite of vaccination communication support tools. Designed to facilitate conversations between parents and healthcare providers, SKAI provides accessible information and resources on childhood immunizations. The package includes a user-friendly website for parents, a dedicated website for healthcare professionals, and an eLearning module for professionals.
SKAI was developed by an interdisciplinary team of researchers and clinicians, in collaboration with parents, communicators, nurses, doctors, website designers, and educators. The aim is to provide accurate and reliable information to parents, empowering them to make informed decisions about their children's health. SKAI also equips healthcare professionals with resources to enhance their clinical communication skills, addressing the needs of all parents, whether they have questions, concerns, or are ready to vaccinate.
