NCK Sutton

NCK - Sutton is a martial arts and fitness school serving Sutton, Grafton, Upton, Millbury, Northbridge, and surrounding communities. It offers classes for children, teens, and adults, with programs designed to support a range of experience, coordination, and physical ability. New students can sign up for a free two-week trial.

The Little Dragons program helps young children develop communication, listening, and self-control through character development, age-appropriate games, drills, and teamwork. Kids’ classes combine traditional martial arts training with stretching, warm-ups, exercise, and activities that build coordination and confidence in a safe, inclusive group setting. Teen and adult classes blend traditional and modern training, including practical self-defense techniques and awareness of one’s surroundings. Participants can also work on strength, conditioning, flexibility, coordination, and confidence.

For adults aged 18 and over, NCK - Sutton offers cardio kickboxing, with varied workouts based on high-intensity interval principles. Sessions include punching and kicking on bags, core strengthening, and cardiovascular exercise.
