Nc'nean Organic Whisky Distillery is a pioneering independent distillery located on the stunning west coast of Scotland. Established in 2017 by Annabel, the distillery is dedicated to creating experimental spirits while championing sustainable production practices. With a commitment to the environment, Nc'nean uses only organic Scottish barley and operates on renewable energy, achieving B Corp certification. Their innovative approach has led to the creation of an organic single malt Scotch whisky, along with a Botanical Spirit and a diverse range of gift sets.
Nc'nean's dedication to sustainability is evident in their environmentally friendly initiatives, including the use of 100% recycled glass bottles and a remarkable achievement of net zero carbon emissions by 2021. With a focus on experimentation, the distillery also engages in unique yeast trials, resulting in their exclusive Huntress series. Inspired by the ancient Gaelic goddess Neachneohain, Nc'nean embodies strength, independence, and a passion for crafting spirits that harmonize with nature.
