Soccer Hall of Fame

The North Carolina Soccer Hall of Fame promotes and supports soccer throughout North Carolina while recognizing people who have made significant contributions to the game. Established in 1996, it celebrates the state’s soccer heritage through induction classes, champion team recognition, and its National Champions Hall of Honor. Its website shares information about inductees and honored teams, including the Class of 2025, whose members were recognized for leadership and contributions spanning grassroots programs, championship teams, opportunities for women, and high school soccer.

The Hall of Fame also brings the soccer community together through induction celebrations and related events. Visitors can view event photographs, learn about upcoming ceremonies, and submit a candidate for consideration. The organization acknowledges supporters and partners, and offers opportunities to sponsor its dinner reception and Recognition Game. By honoring achievement and documenting the people and teams who have shaped soccer in the state, the North Carolina Soccer Hall of Fame helps preserve the game’s local legacy and encourage continued support for its growth.
