NCHRDEGYPT is a brand that was established in 2004 under the Egyptian Federation of Investors' Associations and Institutions. It operates as the executive arm of the private sector, representing over 60 investors' associations across Egypt. The National Center for Human Resources Development (NCHRD) is the nationwide executive body of this federation and plays a vital role in managing and implementing the dual education and training system in Egypt in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education.

The NCHRD oversees 29 regional units in 22 governorates, training approximately 45,000 trainees in over 4,000 training facilities across 50 technical specialties. The center is responsible for providing skilled labor, which is a top priority for its member institutions. It also represents the regional units to international organizations, aiming to enhance the quality of education and training in Egypt, bridging the gap between supply and demand in the job market.

The NCHRD offers support and services to regional units to unify their work system and achieve quality standards. Its vision and objectives include increasing the number of students, improving teaching and practical training, increasing participation of production facilities, enhancing monitoring efficiency of regional units, developing work through planning mechanisms and regional and international cooperation, increasing resources and financial management, expanding geographical coverage, and supporting training methods in schools. The ultimate mission of NCHRDEGYPT is to provide practical and scientific training to produce technically trained workforce, aligned with the needs of the job market, creating employment opportunities for youth within and outside Egypt.
