ND3 is a neuro-informed, parent-grounded, professionally backed practice offering inclusive, neuro-affirming support for children, families, professionals, and communities. Founded by Jenna Goldstein, an autistic school psychologist and parent of neurodivergent children, the practice combines lived experience with professional expertise. Its approach values each person as whole and centers relational safety, individual stories, and rights rather than bias, conformity, or compliance.

ND3 provides therapy, consultation, and training, with support designed to help families and professionals better understand, normalize, and value neurodivergent and disabled lives. The practice also works to challenge inaccurate beliefs and outdated narratives, while creating accessible, safe spaces where people can grow into their authentic and healthy selves.
