About NDA
The National Development Agency (NDA) is a government agency in South Africa that aims to eradicate poverty and its causes. Established in 1999, the NDA reports to the National Assembly and functions as a public entity. As part of its mandate, the NDA works to empower and enhance the capacity of the civil society sector to create stronger and more cohesive communities that can address the challenges of poverty, unemployment, and inequality.
