NDEX Capital

NDEX Capital is a Finance AI–powered Registered Investment Adviser that runs systematic, multi‑asset trading strategies directly in each client’s brokerage account. Our mission is to deliver hedge‑fund‑grade discipline and transparency without pooled funds, lock‑ups, or opaque black boxes.

For beginners and everyday investors, NDEX Capital’sFinance AI builds and manages diversified, rules‑based portfolios—so you don’t have to pick tickers or time the market on your own. For active traders, the same engine executes systematic strategies across stocks, crypto, forex, and futures, with position sizing, risk limits, and clear explanations for every move.

Clients stay custodied at their preferred broker while NDEX Capital assumes fiduciary duty, discretionary trading authority, and responsibility for ongoing algorithm testing, risk management, and compliance with SEC marketing and advisory rules. Through a conversational Finance AI interface, every client can ask questions, review data, and understand how their account is positioned in plain language.

Our technology arm, Quantum Leap LLC, licenses the underlying AI+trading stack to hedge funds, RIAs, and fintech partners via APIs and white‑label solutions—extending Finance AI from individual accounts to institutional workflows.
