The New England Association of Recovery Court Professionals (NEARCP) is a nonprofit consortium supporting recovery court professionals across Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Its membership spans the many roles involved in recovery courts, including judges, attorneys, treatment providers, case managers, probation and law enforcement officers, and other professionals. NEARCP brings these communities together to address shared and emerging challenges in New England treatment courts, encourage regional coordination, and develop collective policies and practices.
The organization provides timely training and technical assistance to help recovery court teams strengthen their work. It also maintains a central repository of resources relevant to the development, operation, and administration of recovery courts. Through its website, NEARCP offers information and materials from regional conferences, including presentations and sponsor details, as well as upcoming and past webinars.
Additional resources include links to the Opioid Response Network and New England Treatment Courts. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, NEARCP serves as a central resource for professionals working to support recovery courts throughout the region
