Surge Basketball is a youth basketball organization serving athletes in Northeast Arkansas. Founded by Coach Jake Tillery, the program brings competitive team experiences and focused player development together within a supportive basketball family. Its offerings are designed for boys and girls in grades 3 through 11, with two paths to help athletes compete, improve, and grow.
Surge AAU provides competitive teams centered on skill development, accountability, and teamwork. Surge Training offers individual sessions, small private groups, classes, camps, and other development opportunities tailored to the athlete. Across both programs, Surge emphasizes intentional coaching and the development of the whole player: building basketball skills through practice, confidence through challenges, and character through team experiences.
