Necfish is a family-run fishing and maritime services business based in Władysławowo, Poland, with a seafaring tradition spanning four generations. Established in 1991 by three brothers, sons of Augustyn Necel, the company is now managed by their sons and grandsons. Its main activity is fishing in the Baltic Sea, particularly for pelagic species such as sprat and herring.
Necfish operates a fleet of six fishing vessels and works closely with the Maritime Fisheries Institute and the Maritime University of Szczecin. The company also maintains its vessels at its own workshop, carrying out minor mechanical repairs and maintenance of fishing nets. In 2023, its crews received training to work aboard guard vessels.
Necfish aims to take part in offshore wind farm construction projects by providing vessels for guard-vessel duties. Its website also reports on European Union-supported projects related to fishing operations, including temporary cessation of fishing activity and the decommissioning of selected vessels
