Nectaris is a vegan wine bar focused on thoughtful drinks and plant-based pairings. Its offerings bring together inspired wines, herbaceous tapas, vegan cheese and charcuterie, and seasonal sweets, creating options for both a relaxed visit and a special meal. Guests can also choose aperitifs, digestifs, chocolate truffles, aromatic coffees and teas, and zero-proof cocktails.

The brand’s beverage program includes sparkling, white, orange and red wines, alongside non-alcoholic selections such as alcohol-free rosé, Riesling and red blends. Nectaris also offers wine flights and tasting pairings, with choices designed for different preferences, including lower-alcohol and no-proof options. Digestifs such as Madeira, port and vermouth round out the list.

Nectaris collaborates on culinary events, including a tapas dinner with Verdure and Veganizer. For this pop-up, it curated wine and non-alcoholic libations to accompany a seasonal, five-course vegan menu inspired by Nicaraguan and Spanish flavors.
