National Empower and Education Development Society (NEEDS) is an educational trust and non-governmental organization focused on helping students from economically weaker backgrounds access education. Based in Ranchi, the society supports students who face financial difficulties in continuing their studies, with particular attention to deserving college students. Its work includes scholarships, educational and financial assistance, and support to help students prepare for entrance examinations.
NEEDS also offers specialized educational programs intended to build skills for academic and future success. Its website lists university and academic courses, entrance examination tests, competitive examination tests, scholarship examinations, and scholarship and welfare schemes. The organization also identifies educational facilities including Our Educational Campus, Career Makers, and Kids Convent School.
Through these services, NEEDS aims to reduce financial barriers and expand students’ opportunities to pursue education. The society presents education as a means of building a better future and works to support learners who might otherwise struggle to complete their studies. Its contact and enquiry channels allow students to ask about courses and available support
