Needy Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental, and charitable organization dedicated to social welfare in Bangladesh. Established in 2007, it has obtained registration from the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The foundation focuses on serving the needy and helpless people in the coastal areas that are frequently affected by floods, cyclones, and tornadoes.

Led by an effective executive committee and supported by an advisory council, the foundation ensures the smooth operation of its activities. Needy Foundation aims to create an ideal society by promoting voluntary works for the welfare of humanity. They establish and manage orphanages, religious institutions, and welfare centers for widows, disabled individuals, and street children.
