Neighborhood Boxing Club, founded in 2018, is a Columbus, Ohio boxing fitness gym built to make authentic training welcoming to everyday people, including beginners with no prior experience. Located at 4324 N High St in Clintonville, the club offers non-contact classes combining boxing technique, heavy-bag workouts and conditioning to support fitness, strength, endurance, coordination and confidence. There is no sparring or fighting, and members can try their first class free; a free beginner class is also offered on Saturdays.
Group classes run seven days a week, with online reservations required and no walk-ins. Free loaner gloves are available, while hand wraps are required and sold at the gym. Members can choose single classes or month-to-month memberships, including unlimited and family plans, with no contracts.
The club also offers private training for children under 13; group classes are for ages 13 and up. For additional wellness support, customers can add a custom diet plan featuring a weekly meal plan, grocery list and text check-ins for $19. 99 per month
