Nekatur is the association for rural accommodation in the Basque Country, bringing together agrotourism stays, country houses and rural apartments across Álava, Biscay and Gipuzkoa. Its website helps travelers discover and book accommodation by location, property type, dates and group size, with listings covering destinations throughout the region. Nekatur also supports guests in planning a broader Basque experience, offering information on activities, natural parks, places to visit and tourism resources where discounts may be available.

Travelers can add experiences to their stay and choose from gift options, including vouchers for a two-night break and a gift card valid for a year at participating accommodation and for additional services. The association provides booking assistance and personalized advice to help guests select a suitable stay, and says it manages bookings free of charge. Nekatur works with its member properties to promote compliance with current regulations and encourage more sustainable, accessible accommodation. Its site also features travel recommendations through a blog, practical booking information, maps and customer support.
