Nelson Girls Soccer Camps at SMU offers soccer camp programs for girls, drawing on the university’s women’s soccer program and coaching staff. The camps are designed to help participants develop their skills while enjoying the game, with options suited to different interests and experience levels. Campers can work on technical ability and tactical understanding, build friendships, develop alongside teammates, or pursue the opportunity to be identified as a prospective SMU women’s soccer recruit.
Programs include half-day camps, full-day camps, residential camps, and ID camps. The listed 2027 half-day and full-day sessions run June 7–11 and June 21–25, while residential sessions are scheduled for June 9–12 and June 23–26. ID camp dates are to be announced. Registration is scheduled to begin January 1, 2027, with early-bird pricing available through February 28.
The camps are led by SMU head coach Nicole Nelson, an experienced collegiate coach and three-time Coach of the Year honoree. Camps are open to eligible entrants, subject to age, grade, gender, or capacity limits.
