Nelu-Gym

Nelu-Gym is a traditional Muay Thai school based at Gympoint in Bergrheinfeld, Germany. Led by Johann Fraindorfner, the gym welcomes beginners and experienced practitioners, children, teenagers, and adults, with classes for both recreational and competitive athletes. Its training draws on Muay Thai, a Thai martial art and national sport, and emphasizes more than physical technique: the school’s philosophy promotes focus, patience, respect, compassion, composure, and harmony between body and mind.

Regular sessions take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with age-specific classes for children and teenagers as well as training for participants aged 14 and over. A Saturday session for teenagers and adults is also available by advance registration. Prospective members are invited to arrange a trial training session, regardless of prior experience, and can contact the school by phone or email to learn more. Johann Fraindorfner holds Muay Thai coaching credentials, including trainer licenses and experience as an amateur and professional referee. Nelu-Gym offers a welcoming setting for learning and practicing traditional Muay Thai together.
