Nemboks

Nemboks is a Danish service that makes digital mail easier for businesses to manage. It collects digital correspondence from public authorities and private companies, including bank messages handled through e-Boks, and forwards it directly to an email inbox. Businesses can share incoming mail automatically with colleagues, accountants, bookkeepers, or other recipients, helping teams keep track of important information and deadlines without checking multiple mailboxes or logging in to separate services.

Nemboks also supports managing multiple companies in one account, with separate recipients and settings for each business. Users can filter messages by sender, recipient, and subject to find relevant documents more quickly. The service is designed for straightforward setup, with a start guide intended to get users started in under five minutes. Nemboks highlights encryption, high security standards, and compliance with legal requirements to protect information. Its subscription is priced per company and includes unlimited forwarding and recipients, with monthly or annual payment options. Nemboks was developed by the original team behind Clearhaus A/S.
