Nemesis Boat Club is the alumni club for Manchester University Boat Club (MUBC), providing a way for former members to stay connected with the university’s rowing community. Its activities focus on supporting alumni while helping current MUBC members and crews. The club organises races and social events, giving alumni opportunities to meet, take part, and maintain ties with the club.
It also shares updates about what is happening at MUBC through its newsletter, helping members keep informed about the university boat club’s activities. Fundraising is another central part of Nemesis Boat Club’s work: donations are raised to support MUBC and help it pursue better results. The website provides routes to sign up for the newsletter, donate, and find information about the club’s history and kit.
Overall, Nemesis Boat Club combines alumni engagement, rowing-related events, communications, and fundraising in support of Manchester University Boat Club. It serves as a link between MUBC alumni and the ongoing work of the university’s boat club
