National Mobile Payment Plc, also known as NMFR, is a state-owned company established in 2014 with the aim of providing electronic cash-saving services in accordance with the Hungarian National Mobile Payment Act. Their wide range of services includes convenient and efficient mobile payments for public parking, purchasing motorway tolls and usage-based charges, as well as buying local and regional transportation tickets and passes. With the introduction of the new electronic sales law in 2020, NMFR operates the unified electronic sales platform through a concession system.

Prior to this, NMFR had been operating the system under legislative designation. The innovative and cash-saving solutions offered by NMFR go beyond just parking and tolls, continuously expanding in response to the evolving technological advancements and changing societal needs. With nationwide coverage, NMFR provides a seamless mobile payment solution, including mobile parking, e-vignettes, HU-GO TopUp services, and now, starting from May 2018, mobile ticket purchases
