Led by Émilie, who has seven years of experience and certifications in laser auriculotherapy and auricular reflexology, the centres begin each programme with a conversation about the client’s habits, expectations and goals. The approach combines attentive listening with a laser session and guidance tailored to each person’s pace.

Services include individual support for stopping tobacco use, THC use and alcohol use, each priced at €150 per session and covered by a 12-month guarantee under the centres’ terms. Combined and two-person packages are also available. For other goals, NeoStop Laser offers a five-session sugar programme for €200, plus stress and sleep appointments at €50 per session; these services are not covered by the guarantee. Appointments are available at both locations, and personalised gift vouchers can be purchased, valid for six months. The brand also provides information and services for professionals and businesses, including opportunities to become a licensee.
