The Nepal AOTS Alumni Society (Nepal AOTS) is a prominent non-profit organization founded in 1991, dedicated to enhancing human resource development in management and technical fields within Nepal. As an alumni network of ex-trainees from the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) in Japan, Nepal AOTS aims to empower Nepalese professionals by providing a range of educational programs and training opportunities.

With over 4,300 trainees benefiting from AOTS programs, the society focuses on facilitating business promotion through human resource development activities. Their offerings include specialized training programs and workshops in areas such as productivity improvement using digital technology, program and project management, and information and communication technology.

In addition, Nepal AOTS engages in organizing conferences and seminars, along with publishing resources like the TALIM annual publication and the Nepal Investment Guidebook, to stay connected with the local and international communities. By fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing, Nepal AOTS plays a vital role in driving sustainable development in Nepal's private sector.
