Nest Family is a group of healthcare professionals dedicated to supporting families through the early months of life with a new baby. Its programme of themed workshops offers structure, shared learning and connection during a period that can feel uncertain, lonely or isolating. Designed for new parents and their babies, the sessions address the transition into parenthood and aim to nurture confidence, resilience and recovery as families adjust.

Nest Family offers classes and workshops including New Beginnings, New Beginnings & Beyond, and The Complete Bundle. Sessions are interactive, informal and social, led by supportive educators who draw on their experience in healthcare education and parenting. Topics include developing family routines, navigating changing roles and sleep disruption, making informed decisions, and caring for parents as well as babies. The programme encourages participants to build connections with other families and trusted sources of guidance, while supporting each family to find approaches that suit them.
