Nest Finder Berlin

Nest Finder Berlin is a relocation agency founded by Anita Tscherne to help individuals and businesses move to Berlin or settle into a new home within the city. Drawing on experience in the arts, real estate and personal assistance, Anita provides tailored, practical guidance informed by her knowledge of Berlin’s housing market and bureaucracy. The agency supports artists, professionals and businesses with a transparent, responsive approach that takes current housing-market conditions into account.

Services begin with a free consultation in English or German. Nest Finder Berlin offers personalised searches for long-term apartments, including off-market and publicly listed options, working with real estate agents, owners and building management. It also helps clients find short-term and furnished accommodation. Relocation support extends to visa applications and documentation, visits to immigration offices, communication and translation, residency registration and deregistration, and broadcasting fee setup. Clients can also get help arranging utilities, internet and phone contracts, along with broader administrative assistance for moving and settling in Berlin.
